 Proposal sales to customers
Our customers are food manufacturers and trading companies that sell packages to food manufacturers.
As a film packaging professional, we proactively propose materials and designs according to customer needs.
"I want to make a package with a new shape and functionality," "I want to design a package of limited products according to the season," "I want to renew the package to be more environmentally friendly," etc.; the requests we receive vary depending on the customer as well as the season. We will listen carefully to the voices of our customers and work with various departments within the company to solidify the blueprints for manufacturing packages.
 Planning / design
A package design that maximizes the attractiveness of the product, emphasizes the characteristics of the product, and adds new value to the product. At Kanaoka, we have enhanced the creative department specializing in packaging in order to promptly propose designs that capture the hearts of consumers. We select materials that take the environment and resources into consideration, produce design samples that are close to finished products, and give presentations based on rationalization of logistics and sales promotion.
 Plate making[Produce a gravure version]
Beautiful printing is created by "plate accuracy" and "color matching".
By using various latest automation equipment and inspection equipment, it is possible to produce a gravure version that is more perfect. In addition, we feed back the finished condition of the printing press to the image data and constantly make adjustments so that the customer's sample and the actual printed matter are closer to each other.

By introducing the latest high-speed printing machine, machine accuracy is maintained even in high-speed production, and the customer's design is beautifully reproduced. In addition, we have introduced a CCM (Computer Color Matching) device and are striving for color reproducibility by utilizing the ink mixing ratio and past data.
All printing machines are equipped with a defect detection device to discover defects that cannot be detected by the human eye during high-speed printing, and to reliably remove them in the subsequent process.
By enhancing the air-conditioning effect in the processing room with a total heat exchanger, the room temperature suitable for printing is maintained all year round, and stable printing quality is achieved by humidifying with a sprayer in winter.
 Laminating [attaching films together to add various functions]
We have dry laminate (solvent type), non-solvent laminate (solvent-free type), and extruded laminate in-house, and select the bonding method that suits the product composition and contents.
We will surely dry the organic solvent component with a high drying dryer, check the odor with a gas chromatograph and a professional inspector, and ship it.
For the constituent products that are more likely to leave marks on the film, select a production machine with an accumulator to create a beautiful winding state.
 Slit Processing [cutting the roll according to the product dimensions]
Introducing the latest slitter machine that can handle narrow product widths and multiple impositions, it is possible to finish a beautiful end face without unevenness even in a wide variety of product configurations.
We also undertake magic cut processing (which can be cut by hand from anywhere), and magic cut processing is possible at the same time as slitter processing.
 Bag making [processing the roll into the shape of a bag]
We can process various shapes according to customer's request, from ordinary bags to bags with various functions.
As an example, a bag with a zipper at the opening that can be resealed.
A bag that allows the bag itself to stand by opening the bottom of the bag.
A bag that can be opened straight with a cut tape.
A bag cut out along the outline of the character, etc.
Combinations are possible depending on the content.
 Inspection/Testing
We inspect and test at the stage after printing and strive to deliver high quality final products.

 Shipping and Delivery
Completed products are moved to our own distribution center equipped with a three-dimensional automatic storage system, and detailed management such as inventory status grasping, customer order response, first-in first-out management by bar code management, etc. is performed by a computer system, speedily responding to customer requests. We provide high-quality services such as answering with a reliable delivery system. In addition, we have established a quick and reliable delivery system by direct delivery by our own flight in the Kanto area and by a dedicated contract with a reliable shipping company in other areas.
