　Message from new employees

Ando

I wanted to be involved in work related to "food" that is inseparable from people's lives. There, I learned about Kanaoka, which handles various food packaging, and wanted to contribute by making use of the knowledge of bookkeeping accounting that I had learned.

Nakano

I was only looking for a job in the food industry.Among them, I was attracted to Kanaoka's words, "Package is also a part of food," and chose Kanaoka.

Morishima

I was interested in the food-related work that is closest to me. One of the reasons is that I had the opportunity to see various foods at a supermarket where I had been working part-time for four years.The companies I received are related to food products such as manufacturers, trading companies, retailers, and printing.Among them, I came across Kanaoka, who handles food films.

Suzuki

I was fascinated by the fact that I could find out what I was working on at the store. Also, one of the reasons I decided was that there was feedback from the personnel.

Takenouchi

I wanted to do a job related to my life, so I was looking for a job.
Kanaoka can be involved with the foods and daily necessities that we see on a daily basis, so I felt attractive and rewarding and wanted to contribute.

Nakamura

I chose Kanaoka as my place of employment because I was attracted to Kanaoka while I was looking for a job that deals with products related to daily life.

Sakaguchi

When I participated in the internship, I learned about the existence of Kanaoka, which handles packages such as food and daily necessities.
I chose Kanaoka because I was fascinated by the fact that it handles products that are familiar to us.
 

Ando

I work on money, such as processing company deposits and withdrawals, and processing and issuing invoices and receipts. There are many differences between the studies I have done so far and the actual work I do, but I am confused by the fact that my boss and seniors teach me every day.

Nakano

I am in charge of sales for a major bread maker.While asking customers' requests and what kind of products they want to make, we make products for the entire company while interacting with design people and factory people.

Morishima

Currently I am in charge of direct mail. Direct mail is a film that wraps a magazine that arrives at your home, or a film that wraps an appendix contained in a magazine. It is difficult because it is a work with a short delivery time, but I have my boss follow me and do the work.

Suzuki

I go around with my boss and customers and make subsequent arrangements.

Takenouchi

I am in charge of Western confectionery from a major food manufacturer.
We will hold meetings so that the products that meet the customer's wishes will be finished, and we will work with the people who process them at the factory to create the products. In addition, we will manage the schedule well so that the products will be ready by the delivery date.

Nakamura

The work I am doing now is mainly managing and adjusting the orders received from customers from manufacturing to shipping, and managing inventory.

Sakaguchi

As a sales office, we arrange and manage orders received from customers.
Do not ask the factory to meet the delivery date or run out of stock
We are interacting with our customers.

Ando

I started thinking about how to use my time. Thinking about the work that must be done in a day or a month, I am conscious of being able to move more efficiently while watching the time.

Nakano

I think the sense of responsibility has changed the most. When I think that each of my jobs leads to the sale of products, I feel the weight of responsibility.

Morishima

The biggest change is that I think more about myself. When making quotations and arrangements, I became familiar with the products and materials and began to think about how I would work.

Suzuki

I became anxious. I started to be cautious about various things, such as the train being delayed.

Takenouchi

I have a stronger sense of responsibility. I have come to think and act to strengthen the strong relationship of trust that I have built with customers for many years.

Nakamura

The most unusual thing about joining the company is that I have a sense of responsibility for my work.

Sakaguchi

I started thinking about what I should do to work efficiently.
Since I work in a limited amount of time, I have always wondered what is important and urgent.

Ando

I feel that I am blessed with seniors and bosses. At first, I don't know much, but I am happy to work because I can teach you everything carefully.

Nakano

I am very happy to think that the products that I have been involved in and arranged will actually be lined up in stores and will be in the hands of people all over the country. You can also check it with your own eyes, which makes you feel rewarded.

Morishima

The environment is such that bosses and seniors are kind and easy to ask questions. OJT is a system where seniors who are close to the age can be kind and answer simple questions. I had no knowledge of printing before joining the company, but I feel that I am gradually gaining knowledge.

Suzuki

My boss will kindly follow up with me, so I'm glad I was able to learn freely now.

Takenouchi

The products I was involved in are displayed at supermarkets and convenience stores.

I'm really happy to see that the finished products are displayed in cooperation with various people.

Also, my seniors and bosses kindly support me, so I think it's a very nice workplace.

Nakamura

The best thing about joining Kanaoka is that my seniors and bosses are kinder. If you hear something you don't understand, please tell me politely, and I'm very happy to hear from your seniors and bosses.

Sakaguchi

I am blessed with the seniors and bosses around me.　Until I understand what I don't understand,
they teach me thoroughly. Also, if I have any problems, they help me. I think it's a very comfortable workplace.

Ando

Right now, I am working while teaching each time what I do not understand, but I want to grow up to be able to do it by myself and be able to take on more responsible work.

Nakano

I haven't joined the company yet, and I have a lot of things I don't understand, so my future goal is to become independent as soon as possible. For that purpose, I would like to work more and more and accumulate experience and knowledge.

Morishima

In the future, we will be able to work efficiently. For now, 1-on-1 is difficult for tasks because I have little product knowledge. I will manage the schedule so that I can afford it, and I will do my best so that I can entrust a lot of work.

Suzuki

Now, I want to be able to make accurate arrangements that I have been entrusted with, and to have a customer in charge as soon as possible.

Takenouchi

There are still many immature parts, so I want to acquire experience and knowledge for each job and become a full-fledged person.

We also want to become a sales company that is trusted by our customers and to request various products.

Nakamura

Future goals and aspirations My goal is to be able to work with confidence alone.

Sakaguchi

I want to look ahead and be able to proceed with my work. Right now, I'm doing my best to do the work in front of me, so my goal is to be able to do the work by thinking about the things around me and the future.
