We respect the core labor requirements set out in the FSC® COC standard and
We declare the following policy in order to maintain a healthy working environment for our employees and protect their human rights.
1. Prohibition of child labor
We do not allow children under the minimum employment age stipulated by domestic laws to work.
2. Elimination of forced labor
We will not force unfair labor in any form of employment.
3． Elimination of discrimination in occupation and employment
We respect basic human rights and do not discriminate based on nationality, race, place of birth, gender, religion, disease, or disability.
We will not engage in acts that ignore human rights, such as harassment.
4. Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
We respect freedom of association and the right to participate in collective bargaining based on laws and regulations.
